Shipping & Returns

• We accept Credit Cards through Paypal only. We do not accept checks, phone orders or Money Orders.
  
• If you purchase an item that is not available you will be notified. We can either readjust your invoice and send the money back to your Paypal account, or cancel the entire purchase, at your convenience.
  

Returns

• We guarantee our products and we will gladly accept returns in case of wrong item shipped or unseen damage. Otherwise we will give you a store credit.
  
• Items must be returned in safe package, within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  
• Merchandise must be in the same condition as shipped. We reserve the right to charge 20% restock fee if the item is not well packed or if there are indications that the item was worn.
  
• You must request a RMA number.

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. However if we ship the wrong item or if we make a mistake, we will take responsibility and pay for all expenses you had with shipping, including Delivery Confirmation only. We will not pay for insurance.
  

Shipping

• We ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Your package might be shipped on the same day, or no later than 48 hours from the date ordered.
  
• During Christmas Season we ship every day.
  
• Items over $50.00 are shipped with Insurance
  
• Items over $200.00 are shipped with Signature Confirmation and Insurance.
